My plan for today


This Is my plan for today 
I did it because since im, not in school I need to still do school work 


Today Im going to play on my device in the morning then
 Im going to play soccer with my brother and 
practices some skills do 1000
 bounces on the trampoline but because I do loads of fitness in school I need to 
more at home so Im going to go on a bike ride 
each day and a jog around
 the streets. 

 But please still, give me some more ideas on what else I can do.

    It is really good to plan your day, lots of people say keeping a routine while in lockdown is important to keep us happy. I have a plan each day and part of that is going to be commenting on some blogs each morning. Have you commented on any yet, it is a great way to stay connected with other people as well as making someone else's day.

    We played tag last night as a family to get some fitness. My son, daughter and I also went for a run and did some intervals in the middle to break it up.
    Some other ideas might be doing some GoNoodle or even just do 30 seconds of squats, lunges, planks (I do not like these much), sit ups, press ups with 30 seconds rest in between each one. You only need to do 5 minutes.
