Sit-ups
Sit-ups is a good exercise to make your abdominals stronger and keep you fit.
- Lie on your back with your knees pointing up to the ceiling.
- Put your hands behind your head so that your elbows point out to the sides.
- Pull yourself up so that you're looking at your toes .
- Then just go back down to the lying position and repeat that process .
Tip practise 3 times a day in sets of 10 `
