sit-ups

Sit-ups
                                                                                                                


Sit-ups is a good exercise to make your abdominals stronger and keep you fit.


  1.  Lie on your back with your knees pointing up to the ceiling.


  1. Put your hands behind your head so that your elbows point out to the sides.                                                                  
  1. Pull yourself up so that you're looking at your toes .


  1. Then just go back down to the lying position and repeat that process .



Tip practise 3 times a day in sets of 10 `
